Hut Hut is an offline, local media player for Windows and Linux, published by SIA Bolwarra (trading as Bolwarra Technologies), a company registered in Riga, Latvia.

Hut Hut does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data.

1. What we collect

Nothing. Hut Hut has no user accounts and requires no sign-in. It makes no network connections and sends no analytics or telemetry. There are no advertising SDKs.

2. Where your data lives

Your media files, library, playlists, and settings stay entirely on your own device. We never see them and they never leave your computer. Because Hut Hut collects no data, there is nothing for us to disclose, sell, or share with third parties.

3. External links

If you click a link inside the app, your operating system opens it in your default browser. We do not see or log what you clicked.

4. EU / GDPR rights

Because we do not collect or process personal data, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, or delete. SIA Bolwarra is nonetheless the data controller for the purposes of the GDPR. You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection by emailing the address below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian supervisory authority, Datu valsts inspekcija (https://www.dvi.gov.lv).

5. Children

Hut Hut is not directed at children under 13. We collect no information about anyone, including children.

6. Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will appear at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. We will never silently weaken your privacy.
